19th Birthday Party Ideas for a friend?

We are having a small party (only 4 or 5 of us) at a friend's house to celebrate her 19th birthday. We are centering it around her: she is a freshman in college, going for Pharmacy. She enjoys singing and her name is Mandy [which I mention because I automatically thought of "Mandy's Candies" instead of "Andies candies"]. Does anyone have any ideas? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
