Should I Adopt A Lab Mix PUP.....???

I have a 2 year old chocolate lab named Sadie and I really think she needs a friend to play with when Im at work and stuff,Plus I just want another puppy..Sadie is the sweetest dog ever..But im wondering if she will like another dog or not?Do you think she would be jealous?or would she be happy to have a friend??Should I adopt one??
