If i eat 1200 calories in a day and then burn 3000 from excerise and another 1973 from my bmr can i lose 25?

In order to lose one pound you need to burn off 3500 calories. So for instace if your holding your current weight at say 2000 calories a day and you were to start exercising and burn 500 calories a day it would take you one week to lose one pound (500x7=3500). From there you'll have to do your own math to figure out what calorie intake you need to have to lose weight. By the way I know you said you didn't want to hear it but, doing what your describing is going to send your body into starvation mode which will intern make you burn off muscle and bone marrow instead of fat, which is obviously counter productive to your goal of losing fat!
