Can't seem to find one of my tetras in my 90 gal tank. should i move stuff around to look for him?

i have a school of tetras in my 90 gal. tank and can't seem to find one. should i move the ornaments around to look for him?, or just leave it be? not sure if this will cause an ammonia spike in the tank.
