at 4mos he's still growing and so is his bladder. just remember, take out to potty after sleeping, eating, and playing as well as your regular routine until his bladder is developed more. the routine is the key to housetraining him. if you just take him out whenever he wants (when he whines), you are on *his* schedule. you have to get him on yours.
