How can I get my ebay item now? with paypal?

ok so the seller only uses paypal and the item i want is $200 but i dont think that matters. so i need to get the money now the money says it is still prossing and it says i will get it on the 16but the item runs out of time in 3 days and i need to get it now bec nobody on any site sells this. please please help like i need this item btw, im using a visa bank card?
