How can I tell if I am going to be a national merit scholar?

I took the PSAT in October 2008 and made a 217. I live in Texas. I'm not sure what the cutoff score in Texas is, or how it can be predicted. Also, how much scholarship money is awarded for being a national merit scholar or finalist?
