drink lots and lots of water.. eat lots of vegetables and fruits to boost ur metabolism..it would take longer without exercise..but i definitely think that u should excersize because if u lose around twenty pounds without excersize ur skin is going to be very saggy and stretchy now u dont want that..if u excercize u would look moe fit and ur skin would be more tighter..nd u would build up some muscles to look even more fit instead of looking aneraxic
