My kids father always asks for unreasonable visits like 4 days overnights with our 15 mth old?

and when i say no he takes me to court, every since i had my baby go with him christmas to his mothers 1 hour away his mother got clingy and asked every holiday every other mth and on my first mothers day and alawaya for overnights and when i said no she told him to take me to court and his brother told him to get her from me because im putting conditions this is odd because in even asa newborn he wanted to take her for 3 days they act like i dont exist as a parent and they hound me say im not ever moving out of state or anything and i will listen to them i said f off leave me alone and he can visit with her if he stop acting like he going to kidnap her, and he welcome to come vistit here anytime he wont do it and then he petion me to court. and he is a very paroniod man he is in a rockband that the lead singer undresses on stage acts a fool and he has been very paroniod and mean since he joined this band and i feel like with the band singer his mother his brother all dont know there may be drugs and i try to explain to his mother and she say im slandering and went crazy on me and i feel so lost and alone in this new state without my family and friends
