What is the English law saing about ASG and pepper spray or teaser?? Is it legal to have one?? ?

I Have been harrased twice this year already and my bicycle had been stolen, I want to join self defence cles but in a meantime, b4 I learn how to defend myself I want some sort of reasurance like pepper spray, asg or teaser but I don't know if it's legal to carry it with me. I can't affort to move out so please, any advise on what can I do to feel safe while on the street??
