Do I Have A Deviated Septum?? Please Help!?

Ok so my nose has a hump on the bridge and it also looks like it curves to the right. I always have trouble breathing..like every day of every week of every month of every year.. I have allergies but even if its not allergy season I am congested and it feels so hard to breathe..:(.. Its interesting because my dad's nose is sorta like mine its bent and curves to one side and same with his dad..can it run in the family?? Anyways I have a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist ..can the plastic surgeon fix both the possible deviated septum and the bent downwards nostrils?
