I need help with how to tell my best friend she IS NOT pregnant!?

no you cant be pregnant.and if you were pregnant from october the tests would defo show up positive as there would be a lot of hgv in ur urine which makes the test positive.hgv is in your urine when your pregnant.by the way i have a baby so i know this from the pros.dont worry!
